Most of you probably have your ideas set...on this one. Most of you are thinking, "Unit-02
is a production model, so all you have to do is train people and let them drive...WRONG!!! Most of you guys
probably thought well, "Asuka trained ever since she was little..and blah blah blah." Nope. The only one's who can
train are the 4th level children, i.e. Toji. Here's the real truth about Asuka. Like Shinji, her mother is inside. If you can recall
when they talk about Asuka's mother, they say that she was so into her work it drove her crazy, well, think about the word crazy,
mental or psychological breakdown of some sort...Eva pilots are synchronized psychologically with the Eva's, hmmm
Asuka was mentally and psychologically attacked by the Angel, her mother was caught up in her work, maybe she
was a pilot, she too was psychologically damaged, put into a mental hospital, she hanged herself, they
dissolved her into the unit...
Don't believe me...here are the facts: Nerv HQ was under heavy fire by the UN, Asuka was in a coma in the medical ward.
Misato, thinking quickly to save Asuka, stuck her in the entry plug of Unit-02, and launched unit-02 into the lake surrounding
Nerv HQ...the Eva is the safest place to be. While in a coma she goes through a dream like state, she says to herself
"I hate war, I hate death...mama? So this is where you've been" She re-synchs and boom goes out to fight...YAY! The return of Asuka!
