What is Adam? What is Lilith? What are Eva's? What are Angels?

Fact and Theory OK straight off, I have no idea where Lilith came from, but I figured that she came before Eva, how? According to Hebrew culture, Lilith was Adam's wife before God made Eve. It kinda makes sense Adam, Lilith, Eva. Ok, Adam is that big white glowing giant that they hardly show, you can catch a glimpse of it in the opening credits or in episode 12 I believe. I know what you're thinking, but wait, I thought Adam was that little embryo that Kaji brought over from Germany...well that's true too. I know what you're also thinking, I thought that big glowing giant was the first Angel...well that's also true. Now You're thinking, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! Ok here it goes. That big white giant, was the first angel and is Adam. They shrunk that white giant to the embryo so they can clone the embryo to create Eva's...and yes...Eva's are Angels. Now the question. Where do the angels come from? This answer is not clear but Seele seems to know that they are coming a la Dead Sea Scrolls. How they are created is beyond me. One indication that eva is an angel is that in episode 20, you see that Unit-01 has an S2 organ (the red orb on the angels). What exactly is the S2 organ, probably the power source of the angels. The Eva's S2 organs are primitive compared to the Angels. The Eva's need pilots which have souls to run, well except in the case of Unit-01, which probably has a much more advanced one, as Seele stated one time, "Unit-01 incorporated the S2 organ by itself and became its own existence." Basically it became alive like an angel, but it only seems to wake up in extreme emergencies. So in conclusion, Adam is both the white giant and the embryo, he is the first angel. I don't know where Lilith came from maybe she comes before Adam??? And Eva and Angels are the same.

Theory:
Ok ok this is what I think. I think Lilith came FIRST. I think in Antarctica they found Lilith with the Lancea Longinus gouged into her. Adam was the first angel (duh) to appear to try to contact Lilith. (Remember they [angels] never seem to go to adam they always head toward the Terminal Dogma where Lilith is...Adam is never found). They [Gehirn] had no way of stopping Adam (Eva's were not invented yet) so they tried to capture it...well that probably failed so they shrank it. Or maybe they captured it and then shrank it, They probably figured..."Hey there could be more that try to come...maybe we should clone this sucker and try to use it as a weapon against those things [angels]." Along with Lilith and Lancea Longinus Gehirn probably found the Dead Sea Scrolls (which proves that more are on the way and foretell the events as well as how to do HIP and other neato stuff). Remember there is an allusion to Lilith and Lancea being found in space together in End of Eva. It is through the Scrolls that they figured out the whole plan, what's to come and HIP.

My theory on Lilith? Ok, as far as I know, there is NO CLEAR CUT answer, why? Because you can go about it so many ways. You can follow the hebrew tradition (Adam's wife) or the keltic tradition (demon), the feminist tradition (although it doesn't quite work for eva), but I prefer the naturalist tradition...simply, Lilith is an embodiment representing mother nature. Since you really can't iconosize mother nature, Gainax made her into a being of some sort (at least that's the way I see it, seeing how Gainax never made an official statement). So what am I getting at? Lilith is mother nature. We are all born of nature and thus must return to it, dust to dust, ashes to ashes. That's why I don't include her as an Angel. She was always here on earth. Her egg was here, her blood was here (primordial soup), heck she IS "here"...she's mother nature. Without her there is no substance and life, which is what HIP is, no substance...Damn there is so much to talk about I could literally write a paper....not that I would though.

At first it was thought that Adam was Lilith, because they're both white, and one would think, hey wait a minute wasn't Adam an embryo...hey isn't Lilith "growing," hey maybe they're the same? But remember, Kaoru makes it clear, that that was Lilith and not Adam. Stupid Kagi done messed us up.

Side Note:This was brought to my attention by my friend...did you notice that the little things dangling from Lilith's unfinished growth are human LEGS!? Hmmm...that really makes you think. You can see a picture of her in the Angel Database. Although it's kinda hard to see the legs in the picture I have up.
